***I went to work on Monday relieved that it was a short week because of the 4th, but this week seemed longer than a regular week.
***We are so busy at work right now. I am convinced they are slowly trying to work us to death. We are short-handed someone and who knows when we really will get more help.
***Speaking of being busy at work, I had a breakdown in the morning. Being tired on top of having too much to do just made me snap.
***We were supposed to go camping this weekend, but we cancelled so that we could go to my SIL’s 4th of July bash. I am looking forward to it as she sure knows how to throw a party.
***I have had two sick kids this week. My oldest had a cold and then the stomach flu and my youngest is coughing on me as I type this. Great…Summer illness is never fun.
***Speaking of my kids, my almost 3 year old has NO interest in potty training and she is so bad about putting things in her mouth. Any suggestions on either of those things?

Bummer about the sick kiddos. I can relate to snapping. I run off of 3 hours of sleep some times for several days at a time. It gets ugly around my house when I do. LOL. Have fun at the party!
Happy F.F.!

Sounds like you are in serious need of a relaxing vacation!
Hope your SIL’s party is fantastic!
I wish I could give you advice about the potty training, but that’s one I haven’t figured out yet. I guess she’ll learn when she’s ready to (although it sure is frustrating to wait on that one).

Hey there! Thanks for joining FF this week!
I feel for you; my sister’s company keeps laying people off and then handing the work of those laid off to those left behind; it’s impossible to keep up! Glad you’ll get some R &R this weekend.
Is your daughter the oldest or youngest? If she’s the oldest, I’d say start spending one-on-one time with her that gives her the same attention/intimacy she gets when you are diapering her. Let her see the perks of being older and getting specially Mommy Time. If she’s the youngest, it’s only a matter of time before she’s following suit with those who came before her. Regardless, don’t be afraid to put a potty chair in the backyard; little ones hate leaving the fun to go sit on the potty!
Good luck.

Too bad about the sickness with the kids… it’s a revolving viral door, parenthood, isn’t it?
I hear ya on the Potty training… but there is light. My daughter all of a sudden just GOT it on her 3rd birthday. Didn’t need a pullup/diaper, nothing. Just decided. So maybe that will happen for you… hope so!
Great fragments!
